AI Readiness Assessment · The starting point
Before you invest in AI, know where it will actually pay off.
Why start here
AI that works starts from your business problems, not from whatever tool is trending. Without a clear picture, you end up equipping at random: subscriptions pile up, everyone tinkers on their own, and no one knows what it is actually worth.
The assessment shows you where the gains are (time, errors, delays), what calls for training your teams, what deserves a real application, and what deserves nothing at all. You decide afterwards, with the facts in hand.
The scope
What we look at
Your processes
Where time goes, where errors start, which tasks repeat. That is where the fastest gains usually hide.
Your tools
ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, line-of-business software: what can be augmented by AI, what is worth replacing, and what already does the job well.
Your data
What it already enables, what is holding it back (silos, quality, formats), and the framework to use it with confidence (GDPR, confidentiality).
Your teams
Who already uses what, the real level of readiness, the training needs, and the resistance worth planning for.
How it runs
Three stages, two to three weeks
3 to 5 days of work spread over 2 to 3 weeks, with minimal disruption for your teams.
Immersion
Short interviews with you and key people, a look at your real files and real tools. 1 to 2 days, on site or remote.
Analysis
Processes, tools and data cross-checked; each opportunity and its cost put into numbers. No time taken from your teams.
Readout
A prioritised roadmap, presented in person. We decide together: quick wins, training, applications, and what to leave aside.
What you leave with
A costed, prioritised roadmap
Every option with its estimated gain, its cost and its order of execution. A decision document, not a report for the shelf.
Quick wins you can apply straight away
The fast gains spotted during the assessment ship with it, often ready to activate at no extra cost.
A plan you can run without me
The roadmap is actionable with us or with any other provider. You are not locked into anything.
What comes after the assessment?
The roadmap leads to two workstreams, often run in parallel, and one constant thread: a regular check-in to stay on course as AI keeps evolving.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
From €2,500 excl. VAT, with the scope adjusted to your size. Funding may be available (Bpifrance, French regional grants) for businesses operating in France: it is never guaranteed, so we check your eligibility together before starting.
How long does it take?
3 to 5 days of work spread over 2 to 3 weeks. On your side, a handful of short interviews are enough: the assessment should not stop your business running.
Is this an audit?
Yes, an AI audit in the sense of a status review: processes, tools, data, teams. We call it an assessment because the deliverable is a costed action plan, not a hundred-page report.
What if AI is not a priority for us?
It happens, and the assessment will say so plainly. You still leave with a clear picture of your processes and your data, useful well beyond AI. We do not sell AI for the sake of AI.
Shall we work out together whether an assessment makes sense?
30 minutes to talk about your business and your tools. I will tell you honestly whether an assessment is worth it for you, and what it would cover.
