For SMEs and mid-sized businesses

You know AI can help your business. You are just not sure yet what to do first.

Tools pile up, teams experiment on their own, data ends up who knows where: without a clear structure, every AI decision is a gamble.I bring that structure: an assessment, a prioritised roadmap, trained teams and applications built around how you actually work.

AI projects prioritised by return, based on an analysis of your own data.

Time given back to your teams, taken off low-value tasks.

Your data and AI Act compliance under control, without vendor lock-in.

The problem

Everyone talks to you about AI. No one gives you a framework.

Whether you are still thinking it over or already running pilots, one question remains: where to start without getting it wrong.

Which tool, who to train, what to automate first? Without a clear picture, every choice rests on intuition, not on your numbers.

This is not a lack of willingness. It is the absence of a framework.

The response

A framework, and advice that only sells you its independence.

Genuinely independent advice

Direct, with no agency behind me, and no commercial ties to an AI, ERP or CRM vendor. No licence to sell, no commission to earn.

Tools you keep control of

Sovereign and reversible: you can switch AI providers without rebuilding everything, with a European option whenever it holds up on the merits.

In what order?

A simple path, in the right order.

01

We identify what is worth doing

The assessment maps your processes, tools and data, and puts a number on the opportunities. Two to three weeks, with minimal disruption for your teams.

02

We train, and we build

Team upskilling on one side, the first tools on the other. The two workstreams usually run in parallel, in the order set by the roadmap.

03

We stay the course

Regular check-ins, a roadmap kept current, and calls made as AI keeps evolving. You keep a single point of contact who knows your business.

Three ways to work together

An assessment to decide.
Training to master it.
Applications to move forward.

AI Readiness Assessment

We look at your processes, tools and data, and pin down what AI can genuinely do for you. You leave with a costed, prioritised roadmap, not a report that gathers dust.

  • 3 to 5 days spread over 2 to 3 weeks
  • A prioritised roadmap: quick wins, training, applications
  • Funding support (Bpifrance, French regional grants) checked together if you operate in France

AI Training for Teams

For teams who actually know how to use AI. Training built around your own tools and real cases, not generic examples. In person or remote.

  • Built around your tools and your real files
  • From leadership to frontline teams, no jargon
  • OPCO funding (France's sector-based training funding bodies) where you qualify

Custom-built

Custom AI Applications

ERP, CRM, internal tools: applications built around how you work, connected to your data, with AI assistants built in for your teams. The custom software you need, without an agency-sized budget.

  • Modules delivered one at a time, usable from day one
  • Code and data: yours to keep, hosted wherever you choose
  • Maintenance and updates over time

The typical path: the assessment identifies what is worth doing, then we train your teams and build your tools, often in parallel. You can also start directly with training or with an application project.

The proof

Not slides. Systems in production.

Real cases, already built, connected and running on real data. Not mockups.

What this looks like at an SME

The same approach adapts to your business, in manufacturing, logistics, trading or services:

Tenders

A first draft response assembled from your past references.

Order processing

Order tracking and customer replies drafted straight from your ERP.

Quotes

Pricing assisted by your history and your rate cards.

Freight disputes

Case files documented automatically, evidence gathered for you.

And after that?

Ongoing support: a regular AI steering committee, a roadmap kept current, and calls on tooling and vendors. This is not an off-the-shelf add-on: it is the natural continuation of the assessment.

Your point of contact

An entrepreneur who teaches.A product mind, fluent in your industry.

You are not talking to a consultancy or a salesperson. You are talking to the person doing the work: I have built and run companies, and I have been training teams since 2019. I bridge the gap between the technology and the shop floor, without the jargon.

  • Entrepreneur

Retail Media Product Manager at Cdiscount, co-founder of 8Trades (a Shopify Partner agency) and of Babykare (e-commerce). I know what a P&L is, what a logistics flow looks like, and what an operational constraint actually means.

  • Trainer

Training since 2019: 2,500+ people trained, across 7 business schools. I know how to bring AI to non-technical teams and clear the blockers, at every level.

  • Product and project lead, tech and marketing

A product profile straddling technology and marketing: I scope a project, pick the right tools, and prioritise what actually pays off, not what looks good in a demo.

Independent, with no agency and no vendor behind me: one point of contact, from the assessment through to production.

What you are probably wondering.

What does the AI readiness assessment actually give me?

It replaces guesswork with a clear picture: what your teams already use, what your tools can already do, what your data allows, and priorities ranked by return. You leave with a roadmap, not a report that sits on a shelf.

How long does it take?

The assessment is 3 to 5 days of work spread over 2 to 3 weeks, fitted around your schedule: scoping, interviews with key people, a clear readout. The first workstream can start right after.

We are not ready. We do not even have an IT department.

That is true of most of the businesses I work with. I do not need a technical team; I need to understand how you work. Bridging your processes and the technology is precisely my job.

Where does our data go if we use AI?

It depends on the tools chosen, and that is exactly what the assessment clarifies: which data can go to which provider, what stays with you, and under what guarantees. European or local hosting where it matters, and written rules your teams can actually follow.

Does the EU AI Act actually apply to us?

Yes, gradually, much like GDPR before it. For an SME, what matters most is a documented, governed use of AI: who uses what, with which data, for which cases. That gets built into the roadmap, without a legal bureaucracy on top.

Do we have to take the whole package: assessment, training and applications?

No. The assessment is the natural entry point, but you can start directly with training or with an application project if your need is already clear. Each workstream keeps its own funding path, and training can qualify for OPCO funding (France's sector-based training funding bodies) if you operate in France.

Are you tied to a software or AI vendor?

No. I work independently, with no ownership or commercial ties to an AI, ERP or CRM vendor. I do not resell licences and I do not earn commissions: every recommendation is made for you, not for a partner.

Can team training be funded?

If you operate in France, yes: training for your staff can be funded through your OPCO (France's sector-based training funding bodies), often covering most or all of the cost depending on your headcount. I invoice through a Qualiopi-certified partner training body, so you get the funding without handling certification yourself.
