AI Training for Teams · Hands-On
AI training your team will actually use.
The real barrier isn't the tool, it's adoption. A trained, well-governed team gets ten times more value out of AI than a subscription left to chance. Under the EU AI Act, training the people who use AI is no longer a nice-to-have: Article 4 requires a sufficient level of AI literacy from every organisation that deploys it.
Formats built around your day-to-day
AI literacy
Understand what AI changes for your role, without jargon. Half a day or a full day.
Everyday productivity
Writing, summarising, spreadsheets, email, research: concrete gains for administrative and operational teams.
Agents and copilots
Build useful assistants (Copilot Studio, agents on your own data) and AI-assisted development for technical teams.
Governance and safe use
GDPR, the EU AI Act, data sovereignty: what you can do, and what to avoid.
Frequently asked questions
How is the training funded?
It depends on where you operate. If you're based in France, most or all of the cost can be covered by your OPCO (France's sector-based training funding body), especially for companies under 50 employees, and I invoice through a Qualiopi-certified partner so you don't handle any certification steps yourself. Outside France, training is billed directly; if a national skills-training levy applies where you operate (the UK's Growth and Skills Levy works on a broadly comparable principle), ask and we'll see what's relevant.
Is OPCO funding guaranteed if I operate in France?
No funding is guaranteed at 100%. It depends on your sector, your headcount, and the funds available. Companies under 50 employees get the most favourable rates, sometimes with no cost left to pay; above 50 employees, training is more often funded from your own budget. We assess your eligibility together on a call, then prepare the application with the training provider, always before the training starts.
Does my team need to be technical?
No. The training starts from real jobs and concrete uses, not from the tools themselves. It works equally well for administrative and operational teams and for technical staff.
What formats do you offer?
A half-day literacy session, a full-day productivity workshop, a 2-3 day programme, or a bespoke engagement. In person where you're based, or remote.
Am I required to train my team on AI under the EU AI Act?
For most organisations, yes. Article 4 of the AI Act, in force since February 2025, requires a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff who use AI systems. It applies across the EU, regardless of where your company is registered. The training is designed to cover that obligation alongside the practical skills.
