Data collected and purposes
- Newsletter sign-up : your email address, processed to send you the newsletter. Delivery is handled via Beehiiv.
- Qualification form, contact form and resource requests : your first name, surname, email address and the answers you provide (profile, needs, details). This data is processed to respond to your request, to send you the requested resources and follow-up, and to contact you again as part of a commercial relationship (by email or phone). Emails are sent via Resend and prospect data is stored in our CRM (Supabase). The answers you give in the assessment are processed on the website and are only transmitted once the form is submitted: no third-party service processes them during the process.
- Email engagement tracking : when a prospecting or follow-up email is sent to you, the links it contains pass through a redirect that signals to us that the email was opened. No other information is recorded beyond the fact that a click took place. This measurement is used only to know whether the message is of interest to you, so as not to follow up unnecessarily. You can object to this at any time by writing to alexandre@saint-jean.co.
- Anti-bot protection : forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions.
- Audience measurement : traffic is measured using Umami, an audience analytics tool self-hosted in Europe, without cookies, which does not collect identifying personal data.
Subprocessors and transfers outside the European Union
The operation of the website and of our commercial follow-up relies on the following providers. Some are established outside the European Union, which involves a transfer of data to a third country.

Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (newsletter), on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to your requests, conducting our commercial prospecting (contact, presenting offers, follow-up) and keeping the website running properly. You can object to commercial prospecting at any time.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, then deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link included in every email.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. To exercise these rights, write to alexandre@saint-jean.co. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
Cookies
The website does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers, and audience measurement (Umami, self-hosted in Europe) is carried out without cookies. The booking page embeds the Cal.com tool, which sets cookies strictly necessary for it to function (anti-bot security and authentication); these functional cookies are not used for advertising tracking.
