For business and management schools

Your school has the data, the teams, the tools. What's missing is an AI strategy that actually holds up.

Every department is running its own experiments with AI. No one really knows what's reliable, what's risky, or what's worth investing in.I step in to bring order to that, and build a concrete, cross-department AI approach with you, handled responsibly.

What I see on the ground

You're not behind. You just don't have a direction yet.

Most schools I meet aren't short on goodwill about AI. What they're short on is a shared framework to decide, prioritise and act.

Spreadsheets and a CRM that don't talk to each other

Every team keeps its own files. Data isn't shared. No one has a reliable, real-time view.

AI used solo, with no framework

Some staff use ChatGPT, others don't. No one has a guide, a policy, or a shared standard on data and confidentiality.

Pressure with no roadmap

The board is asking about AI. Accreditation requirements are shifting. Competitors are talking loudly about it. No one internally knows where to start.

This isn't a budget problem, and it isn't a skills problem.
It's a problem of method and direction.

How we can work together

Three ways to work together.

Depending on where you are and what you actually need, we start at the right level of engagement, not the biggest one.

AI training, field of study by field of study

Your students are already using AI, often faster than your courses allow for. I train teaching staff and students on real cases from their target profession, by field of study. Practical, hands-on, no jargon.

  • Hands-on workshops by field of study
  • Real cases from the target profession
  • For teaching staff and students alike
  • In person or remote
  • Eligible for OPCO funding (France's sector-based training funding bodies) if your school operates in France

AI strategy and hands-on support

We map your existing processes, identify the real AI opportunities in each department, build a short, medium and long-term roadmap together, and support the launch of the first pilots, with your teams, not instead of them.

  • An assessment stream to map what's already in place, when useful
  • A workshop with school leadership to review findings and set priorities
  • A documented AI roadmap
  • Support through the first pilot projects
  • Team training on AI use, eligible for OPCO funding for schools based in France
  • Data governance, security and ethics built in

To build AI literacy across the whole school

AI literacy programme

The AI course you don't have, delivered every month to your students, by field of study and by language. General or tailored by field (marketing, hospitality, finance, law), monthly or fortnightly, so AI stops being a subject only a few people understand.

  • Content written and adapted by field of study
  • Sections adaptable per field
  • Plain, teaching-friendly tone, no jargon
  • Ready-to-send format (HTML email or web link)

Beyond your teaching staff

Your administrative team too.

Admissions, the registrar's office, communications, administration: these teams stand to gain just as much from AI as teaching staff. Training happens on their real tools (email, spreadsheets, files), and it's eligible for OPCO funding (France's sector-based training funding bodies) for your employees if your school operates in France.

Admissions and student records

Replies to applicants, file tracking, follow-ups: repetitive tasks move to AI, the team keeps the relationship.

Communications and marketing

Content, newsletters, social media: publish more consistently without sacrificing quality or the school's tone.

Administration and leadership

Reports, correspondence, spreadsheets: hours recovered every week on work you already do.

The method

No magic. A five-step method.

01

We talk

A 45-minute conversation to understand your context, your challenges, and your current level of AI maturity. I'm not selling anything at this stage, I'm asking questions.

02

I go on the ground

Interviews with key teams, a review of existing tools and processes, and a clear picture of where the real friction and the real opportunities are.

03

I report back

A workshop with your leadership team: what I found, what it means, and the three to five priorities that are actually worth tackling first.

04

We build the roadmap

Short, medium and long term. Realistic workstreams, clear indicators, and constant attention to data, security and ethics.

05

We get to work

Support for the first pilots, team training, and documentation of new practices. The goal: your school can run this without me within 12 months.

The deliverables

Something concrete, not a slide deck forgotten two days later.

Every engagement produces documented, reusable deliverables for your teams, not generic slide decks.

AI process map

Who's using AI, in which department, with which tools, and which risks.

AI roadmap

Short, medium and long term, with prioritised workstreams, owners and success indicators.

AI governance guide

A practical framework for data, security, confidentiality and ethics, adapted to your school.

Team training materials

Onboarding modules for the teams involved in the pilot projects.

They've made the shift

What schools that made the shift are saying.

I have worked with Alexandre Saint-Jean for several years. I value his professional expertise, both in technology and in the hospitality field, which he passes on with enthusiasm and a real sense of teaching. Alexandre is always available and in good spirits. His skills, together with his personal qualities, make him a valuable member of the professionals who teach at Vatel Bordeaux.

Emmanuelle Beaudet

Head of Studies, Vatel Bordeaux

Vatel Bordeaux
A strong ability to make complex subjects accessible, with concrete examples that speak to students. Participants were highly engaged, and the feedback I received shows a fast rise in skills. The format and the teaching approach fit the needs of the group's schools well.

The real questions you're asking yourself.

Our staff aren't technical. Will this be over their heads?

No. My approach is built for non-technical teams. I always start from business processes, not tools. Teams understand what they're doing and why, before we touch a single tool.

We already use ChatGPT in class. Why would we need a training programme?

Using ChatGPT is a good start. Having a strategy for how, for whom, under which rules and with which measurable results, is a different question. The tool isn't the point. What you do with it across the whole school is.

We don't have the budget for a long engagement. Is there a lighter way in?

That's exactly why the AI readiness assessment (AI assessment) exists: a concrete entry point, scoped to four weeks, with a clear deliverable, and no obligation to commit to anything further.

Is the training eligible for funding?

If your school operates in France, yes: staff training (admissions, teaching support, communications) is eligible for funding through your OPCO (France's sector-based training funding bodies). I invoice through a Qualiopi-certified partner organisation, so you get the funding without going through certification yourselves. Outside France, we agree a straightforward project fee instead.

How do we know this will actually make a difference?

I can't promise a transformation in three months. What I can promise: a clear view of where you stand, where you can go, and a realistic path to get there. The rest depends on your own team's commitment. I support the process, I don't drive it in your place.

A 45-minute conversation

No pitch, no vague promises.

We'll talk about your school, your teams, what you've already tried. And together we'll see if, and how, I can help.
