Custom AI Applications · Built around you
Your business tools, custom-built, augmented by AI.
The real problem
The business runs on fragile spreadsheets, ageing software and double data entry that everyone puts up with. Custom software would fix that, but agency quotes put it out of reach for anything but large companies.
AI-assisted development changes the maths: a full business module now costs a fraction of what it used to, without cutting corners on the technical foundation. That is what I am building right now: a complete ERP (invoicing, upstream and downstream logistics, sourcing, compliance) built module by module for a physical-products company, used daily by its teams.
And if an ERP is already in place, AI sits on top of it, on your data: assistants and agents connected through its APIs or exports, without replacing or disrupting it. We augment what exists; we do not throw it out.
The scope
What we build
Invoicing and quotes
Quotes, invoices, reminders and accounting exports linked to your real activity, with AI-assisted data entry.
Upstream and downstream logistics
Supplier orders, containers, receiving, picking and shipping: one chain tracked end to end.
Stock and sourcing
Reliable stock levels, reorder alerts, supplier comparisons and purchase price history.
CRM and sales tracking
Contacts, follow-ups, pipeline and history in one place, with an assistant that drafts your follow-ups.
The method
Module by module, in production early
A real project framework, just like an agency would run: specifications, documentation, testing with your teams, a go-live schedule. Those safeguards stay; what changes, largely thanks to AI, is how much they cost to run.
Scoping
Scope, priorities, specifications, schedule and costing. Often comes out of the AI readiness assessment; otherwise a short scoping call is enough to start.
First module in production
Weeks, not months: testing with your teams, sign-off, then a planned go-live. Your teams use it early, on their real files.
Iterations
The field guides what comes next: we adjust, extend, and connect modules to each other and to your existing tools.
Maintenance
An optional monthly contract: fixes, ongoing improvements, and the built-in AI kept current with model progress.
The technical foundation
The code is yours
Delivered into your own repositories, documented, reusable by any developer. No dependency on me personally.
Your data stays with you
Hosted wherever you choose, including sovereign options. GDPR built in from the design stage, not bolted on afterwards.
A modern, maintainable stack
Proven, widely used technologies, tests, documentation. Business software, not a throwaway prototype.
AI built in, not bolted on
Assistants and agents connected to your data, with clear usage rules for your teams. AI serves the business, not the other way round.
Where to start?

Frequently asked questions
Why is this cheaper than an agency?
The method is the same one an agency would use: project management, specifications, documentation, testing, a go-live and sign-off schedule. But a large part of that work is now AI-assisted, and a lean structure has no layer of intermediaries to fund. The safeguards stay; the budget does not.
Who owns the code?
You do, entirely. The code is delivered into your own repositories, documented, with full access. You can hand it to another team tomorrow without asking my permission.
Where is my data hosted?
With you, or with the host of your choice, including European or sovereign providers. Nothing passes through my own servers, and GDPR is built in from the design stage.
Who maintains the application over time?
Your choice: a monthly maintenance contract (fixes, updates, keeping the built-in AI current), or your own team and providers. The code is documented and tested specifically to make that choice possible.
Do we have to replace our existing tools?
No. We integrate with what exists (ERP, accounting, spreadsheets) and only replace a tool when it is genuinely worth it, module by module. Your business never stops running during the transition.
Got a tool in mind? Let's talk.
30 minutes to describe what you need. You leave with an initial read on feasibility and budget, even if it goes no further.
